There are a few things you can try to troubleshoot your login issue:
- Try logging in on a desktop or laptop computer if one is available instead of a phone or mobile device.
- Try using a different internet browser
- Clear your browser cache, close your browser, re-open it, try logging in again
- Type the URL https://www.mysait.ca in the browser address bar.
- Ensure that you are entering your SAIT student email address (@edu.sait.ca).
- Ensure that you are entering your password (the default password was sent to your personal email inbox - subject 'Your SAIT Student Email Address').
- If you're a future student or a former member of the SAIT community, review email and logins and learn how to access mySAIT.
